TherapyNotes.com is seeking a BI Developer to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decisions across our behavioral health software platform.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in BI with Power BI, strong data modeling and SQL skills, and experience leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to accelerate development. You will collaborate with stakeholders and help implement data governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building BI or analytics solutions with Power BI or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong Power BI skills: DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance BI development.
• SQL and relational database proficiency.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models and queries for performance.
• Connect Power BI with SQL databases, Excel, and cloud data sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, access controls, and security across reports.
• Monitor and optimize report performance and usability.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate DAX and data modeling work.
• Provide documentation and end-user training on BI tools.
• Support data governance and best practices in reporting.
