Job summary

TherapyNotes LLC is seeking a BI Developer to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models that empower data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements and deliver scalable reporting and data visualizations.

Strong experience with DAX, SQL, and data warehousing concepts is required, along with the ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development and ensure accuracy. This is a remote role with compensation aligned to market norms.

Qualifications

4+ years building BI/analytics solutions with Power BI or similar tools
Experience with data modeling, data transformations, and query optimization
Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate BI development and validate results
Strong communication to translate requirements into technical solutions

Responsibilities

Design, develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visuals
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
Develop and maintain data models, perform data transformations, and optimize queries
Connect Power BI to SQL databases, Excel, and cloud data services
Ensure data accuracy, access controls, and report performance
Provide documentation and end-user training on BI tools
Contribute to data visualization best practices and governance
