TherapyNotes is seeking an experienced BI Developer to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that empower data-driven decisions across the organization. The role emphasizes strong data modeling, data transformations, and performance optimization, with leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data accuracy, and provide training and documentation to users, contributing to ongoing analytics initiatives and governance.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing business intelligence or analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity and efficiency in Power BI development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights in a clear and meaningful way.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Provide documentation, guidance, and training to end users to promote effective use of business intelligence tools.
• Continuously enhance reporting solutions based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
• Support broader analytics initiatives by helping establish best practices for data visualization, reporting, and data governance.

The BI Developer at TherapyNotes is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role transforms raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations, primarily using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in data modeling and reporting, proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance development efficiency, troubleshoot complex challenges, and optimize solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights.

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights in a clear and meaningful way.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with careful attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
