Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The role focuses on turning data into knowledge by building data models and analytic solutions using BI tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, validate reporting, and adapt to evolving BI tools in a fast-growing environment. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS and at least 1 year in analytics or BI, with experience in SQL, Python or R preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus on Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 1 year of experience in Analytics, Data Modeling, or Business Intelligence preferred.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI, or other BI software required.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R preferred; data sources and database structures familiarity.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization software.

Responsibilities

• Use BI tools to create data models and applications for reporting needs.
• Develop reporting scripts that import data from various sources.
• Identify inter-departmental dependencies and impacts of changes in reporting.
• Collaborate with users to validate BI applications and conduct user testing.
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools in a fast-growing environment.
• Support data validation to ensure data integrity and reliability.
