Geisinger is seeking an Intermediate BI Developer to create clear, concise reports and dashboards using BI tools, data structures, and programming. You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable analytics and deliver self-service dashboards to non-technical audiences.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage projects with minimal supervision, and ensure data quality. This role supports multiple business areas and emphasizes communication and relationship-building.

Qualificações

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in BI/reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Independently consults with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope on small to medium sized projects.
• Collaborates with internal partners in design and development of reporting solutions and studies.
• Plans projects and request completion tasks; provides time and effort estimates.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of source systems and data marts; proficient with BI tools.
• Develops, validates, and executes queries; designs reports and dashboards; analyses data to answer business questions.
• Presents analysis to internal customers and stakeholders; suggests data-driven recommendations.
