Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an Intermediate BI Developer to turn data into clear, actionable dashboards and reports. You will work with BI tools, data structures, and databases to support business needs and enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences while collaborating across teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a GED or higher; high school diploma required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities for BI tasks.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope on small to medium projects.
• Collaborate with partners to design and develop reporting solutions and analytics.
• Plan projects and request completion tasks with time estimates.
• Provide estimates based on requirements and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Develop, validate, and execute queries; design reports and dashboards for internal customers.
• Present analyses and dashboards to stakeholders and drive data-based decisions.
