Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The BI Developer will generate and maintain data and analytic solutions that turn data into knowledge, building data models within BI tools and maintaining existing applications.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, adapt to evolving requirements, and help ensure data integrity while delivering insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus on Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 1 year of experience in Analytics, Data Modeling, or Business Intelligence preferred.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI, or other BI software.
• Knowledge with SQL, Python or R preferred.
• Knowledge of key data sources and database structures.
• Programming languages including SQL, R, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Use BI tools to create data models and reporting applications.
• Develop scripts to import data from various sources.
• Collaborate with users to validate BI solutions and conduct testing.
• Identify downstream impacts of changes in reporting applications.
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools.
• Support data validation and data integrity.
