Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a Manager Analytics Business Intelligence to lead the RCS Analytics Products team, overseeing delivery and health of analytics-focused products.

This remote, full-time role requires strong SQL/BI experience, collaboration with stakeholders, and hands-on involvement to ensure content accuracy while guiding strategic BI initiatives across Revenue Cycle Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline OR 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
• Upon hire: Epic Certifications.
• 5 years Progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics.
• 5 years Project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies.
• 3 years Revenue Cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue Cycle Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products.
• Oversee development, integrity and maintenance of dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables.
• Effectively delegate while remaining hands-on to ensure close touch with content and technology.
