Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Manager Analytics Business Intelligence to lead the RCS Analytics Products team from a remote, full-time role. You will oversee the development and health of analytics products, including dashboards, reports, models, and data extracts, while staying hands-on where needed to ensure content and technology alignment.

The role requires a data-driven leader with a strong background in healthcare analytics, SQL proficiency, and experience delivering BI

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
4 years Hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.

Responsibilities

Lead the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products.
Develop, maintain, and ensure integrity of dashboards, reports, models, and extracts.
Delegate effectively while staying hands-on to ensure close alignment with content and technology.
