Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to own reporting, analytics, and business insight generation across a European operation. You’ll work with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, CRM analytics, SQL, and forecasting to deliver dashboards and strategic insights for leadership.

You’ll proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks while partnering with executives. The role emphasizes data governance, data quality, and self-service analytics across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related field.
• Advanced experience with Power BI including data modeling and dashboard development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM analytics and reporting.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and data transformation.
• Experience translating complex data into executive-level insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Azure Data Services.
• Forecasting or predictive analytics experience.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale industries.
• Power Automate exposure for workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for key business metrics.
• Microsoft Fabric & Data Engineering: Build and manage scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric technologies including Lakehouses, Warehouses, and Data Pipelines.
• CRM & ERP Analytics: Integrate and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP platforms.
• Business Insights & Strategic Analysis: Analyze trends, deliver regular insights, and build forecasting models.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leaders across teams and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
