Job summary

WilmerHale is seeking a data analytics professional to design, build, and maintain Microsoft Fabric artifacts and advise Power BI report developers on best practices. You will extend Fabric data solutions, maintain SSIS/SSRS environments, and lead deployments, while collaborating with the Data Analytics team to leverage AI in BI development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL and data warehousing knowledge.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extend and build Microsoft Fabric data solutions using DAX, tables, relationships, and roles.
• Maintain existing data solutions and design new data warehouse models.
• Lead application deployments, upgrades, and patch planning.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to implement AI-assisted BI development in Microsoft Fabric.
• Provide end-user training and second-line support for assigned data solutions.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and licensing discussions.
• Translate business requirements into reports and queries.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions.
