Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a highly analytical Business Insights Analyst to become the analytical engine behind a European division. You will build and maintain scalable reporting ecosystems, own end-to-end BI processes, and proactively identify trends that influence growth and performance using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Dynamics 365 CRM, and ERP data environments.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a commercial mindset and exceptional stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in BI or data analytics.
• Advanced Power BI data modelling and admin.
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Pipelines).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong SQL and relational databases.
• Experience supporting European operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Own reporting lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Create scalable data pipelines with Fabric.
• Analyze CRM and ERP data for insights.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly insights to leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders across European markets.
