Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics/Health Informatics or related field required.
• 3 years of EMR BI analytics, analytics programming or SQL in Oracle SQL Server environment.
• Experience with BI tools Tableau and Power BI with knowledge of architecture and capabilities.
• Healthcare analytics skills including predictive and prescriptive analytics, stats and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI.
• Partner with ACO and HMO stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality and support regulatory compliance across reporting.
• Provide user education and self-service tools to reduce dependence on technical teams.
