Job summary

Specialist Resources Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Healthcare RCM and data warehousing. You will drive data aggregation into a Data Lake on AWS and translate business needs into BI solutions across SQL Server, Oracle, and cloud platforms.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong skills in Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS, and data governance. Travel across the U.S. is expected up to 30% and telecommuting is allowed.

Qualifications

Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or a related field.
PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position.
Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft Azure, AWS RDS, Data Modeling, ETL processes, and Data Governance.

Responsibilities

Utilize experience in Technical Business Analysis with Healthcare RCM (Claims).
Conduct an aggregation of data into a Data Lake on AWS and implement data warehousing projects.
Understand database structures and how business analytic data moves between sources.
Understand EDI claim data sets and participate in BI projects.
Elicit and elaborate requirements on a Data Visualization solution.
Understand and utilize features for data ingestion and data quality checks.
Use master data management and SDLC products.
