Job summary

Heart of Ohio Family Health Center is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to manage data warehousing, develop reports, and deliver insights for executive and staff teams. This role focuses on accurate data delivery to support strategic decisions across clinical and administrative domains.

The position requires five or more years in BI within healthcare, strong SQL and MS SQL Server Reporting Services skills, and the ability to present complex data clearly to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong healthcare financial reporting, preferably in an FQHC-type organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and exploit the data warehouse to extract statistics reflecting organizational performance.
• Maintain reporting system per data standards.
• Design reports and develop best practices for BI initiatives.
• Collect past and present data to map organizational operations.
• Gather data and apply statistical tools to project outcomes of business strategies.
• Analyze data including financial, operations, pharmacy, clinical, and grant data.
• Format information to highlight strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with technology solutions.
• Assist with automated data and reporting tasks.
• Present data insights to senior leadership and staff.
• Other duties as assigned to maintain depth and continuity.
