Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the full execution lifecycle of complex, high‑value BESS projects. You will lead internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver on schedule, budget, and spec, while mentoring junior project managers and shaping delivery processes.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in structured PM environments, with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in production/manufacturing or EPC/engineering environments.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience mentoring or leading other project managers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full execution lifecycle of complex, high‑value BESS projects, serving as primary contact for clients and leaders.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships, communicating status, risks and resolutions.
• Lead supplier and subcontractor relationships, negotiating scope and performance expectations.
• Ensure activities align with contracts and standards; mentor PMs and coordinators.
• Prepare executive status reports and present recommendations to leadership.
