Job summary

AMSURG is seeking a Remote Customer Services Representative focused on Verification of Benefits. You will be the primary contact for patients and attorneys to resolve billing questions and issues, interfacing with payors and clients to ensure accurate information and efficient resolution.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with medical insurance terminology.
