Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 1 year of healthcare and/or call center experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, etc. to resolve problems and answer questions.
• Communicate revenue cycle outcomes or processes clearly to callers.
