Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Benefits Integration Systems Analyst to provide production support for core benefits data and system integrations. You will resolve ServiceNow cases, perform data corrections, and ensure accurate processing across benefits, leave, SSN, and pension workflows.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, document recurring problems, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience supporting HR, payroll, or benefits systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day production support for Benefits Integration Systems.
Resolve ServiceNow tickets related to benefits processing and data integrity.
Complete leave, SSN, and pension data corrections in accordance with policies and compliance standards.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain accurate system data.
Document recurring issues and support continuous process improvements.
