Job summary

Selerix Systems, Inc. seeks a Benefits Support Representative (Level 2) in Plano or remote. You will handle employee inquiries on enrollment, plan navigation, and benefits changes with empathy, accuracy, and timely follow-up.

This role requires strong communication and the ability to resolve most issues on first contact. As you grow, you'll expand expertise across health insurance, FSA/HSA, and life events, maintain state licenses, and help the team by sharing insights.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer service, a call center, or another employee-facing role.
• A track record of consistent quality and resolution in a structured service environment.
• Prior experience in a Selerix BSC Level 1 role, or equivalent benefits administration/HR services experience, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from open to close - professional, attentive, and focused on what the employee actually needs.
• Verify information before you share it; resolve most issues on the first call.
• Flag trends and share what you know about client plans to improve team knowledge.
• Maintain state insurance licenses (Life, Health, LTC) and stay current on continuing education.
