We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. No prior experience required; strong communication and customer service skills are valued as you assist with benefit questions, enrollment, and family coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist union members with benefit-related questions.

• Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up.
