Third Party CS is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote position helping union members understand and maximize the benefits available to them and their families.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed in a supportive team environment. You will assist members with benefit questions, education on coverage, enrollment, and claims, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and Zoom.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good records.

Responsibilities

• Assist union members with benefit-related questions.
• Educate members on available coverage and programs.
• Support enrollment and claims processes.
• Build relationships with members and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up.
