Job summary

Third Party CS is expanding our benefits-administration support team and seeks motivated individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships. This fully remote role lets you work from home while guiding union members to understand and maximize their benefits.

We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed, with flexible scheduling, performance-based opportunities, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and Zoom.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist union members with benefit-related questions
• Educate members on available coverage and programs
• Support enrollment and claims processes
• Build relationships with members and their families
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns
• Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up
