Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking a Workforce Benefits Sales Consultant for Broker Distribution in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This remote role travels to meet brokers and drive growth through strategic broker engagement and targeted sales initiatives.

You will develop and execute broker-specific strategies, build durable broker relationships, and meet annual sales metrics while collaborating with underwriting, pricing, and product teams to align on key deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace.
• College degree with concentration in business management, finance, or risk management or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources to support decisions.
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new ideas that push industry boundaries.
• High integrity with transparent, consistent decision-making.
• Self-reflective and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of a broker-distribution strategy to meet new sales, retention, profitability and expense objectives.
• Meet annual sales goals as established by Sales Leadership.
• Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to deliver the Workforce Benefits story to the broker community.
• Strengthen, deepen, and grow broker relationships across markets.
• Drive a pipeline of RFPs per month and advance local broker relationships to boost Pacific Life’s brand in the market.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, pricing, regulatory compliance, and actuarial pricing teams to align on deliverables with brokers.
