• Develop and execute a broker-focused distribution strategy to hit sales objectives.
• Meet annual sales goals and drive growth through broker meetings and RFP pipelines.
• Partner with Workforce Benefits resources to tell the Pacific Life story to brokers and GA clients.
• Build and deepen broker relationships to grow Pacific Life’s brand in the market.
• Coordinate with underwriting, product, pricing, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with brokers.
