Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business administration, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum three years of payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer payroll to ensure accurate, timely payments.
• Monitor timekeeping and attendance, communicate violations with site managers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Administer employee benefits programs and open enrollment with HR partners.
• Maintain and update HRIS and payroll records.
