Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Benefits Administration Client Coordinator to support implementation and maintenance of benefits platforms such as Employee Navigator. You will configure client sites, process renewals, and resolve system issues for a national client base.

You will collaborate with vendors, clients, and carriers, manage timelines, support ACA processes, perform demonstrations, and provide training to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (in a related field is preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with HR technology solutions preferred.
• Required knowledge of benefits administration systems including eligibility groups, benefits plan and rate structures and carrier feeds.
• Employee Navigator experience strongly preferred; other platforms acceptable.
• Project management skills to facilitate implementation of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations, anticipating issues and communicating turnaround times.
• Project manage between vendor, client, EPIC account team and carriers.
• Implement client sites, gathering requirements, importing data and configuring systems.
• Support clients with annual renewals and system updates.
• Train clients on the system and perform demonstrations for existing clients.
