First-year earnings are estimated at $67,000–$70,000 based on performance, with commissions, renewal income, flexible hours, and licensing assistance to start in life insurance.

Qualifications

• No insurance experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
• Ability to manage own schedule and stay organized with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Zoom meetings.

Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients enroll.
• Support union members, veterans, families and partner organizations.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients and provide responsive service.
• Follow up with clients and collaborate with regional managers on targets.
