Qualifications

• Own a Windows laptop/PC, webcam, reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship and professional growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Support clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism.
• Walk clients through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Deliver excellent, client-centered service.
• Handle documentation accurately and manage follow-ups.
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
