Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in health benefits or public service.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or eligibility/benefits guidance.
• Experience with health insurance benefits and enrollment processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professional service.
• Counsel customers on PEBB and SEBB eligibility and enrollment.
• Navigate Benefits 24/7 and HCA Support portal to assist members.
