Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in group benefits administration, benefits data analysis, benefits reconciliation, condensed billing, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Intermediate SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, or Tableau is a plus.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
