Job summary

First Onsite - US is seeking an HR Benefits Analyst to administer and optimize employee benefits programs, guide employees through life events, and ensure accurate enrollment and billing. You will collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and vendors to maintain compliant plans and support annual open enrollment.

The role requires 4+ years in benefits administration, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in benefits or employee benefits administration.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal benefits regulations.
• Skilled in data analysis and routine benefit calculations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Bilingual, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support all employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement).
• Support leave of absence administration and coordination.
• Improve benefits processes through automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with HRIS and Payroll for accurate plan setup, enrollment, and deductions.
• Assist with claims resolution, compliance, and monthly plan billing.
• Support annual open enrollment and employee benefits communications.
• Ensure retirement plans are funded timely and compliant.
• Travel less than 10%.
