Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking an HR Benefits Analyst to manage day-to-day benefits administration across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement programs. You will help employees understand benefits, navigate life events, and resolve coverage and claims issues with accuracy and care.

You will partner with HRIS, Payroll, benefits vendors, and internal teams to support plan setup, enrollments, deductions, and retirement plan funding.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in benefits or employee benefits administration.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal benefits regulations.
• Skilled in data analysis and routine calculations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support all employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans.
• Support leave of absence administration and coordination.
• Improve benefits processes through automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with HRIS and Payroll for accurate plan setup, enrollment, and deductions.
• Assist with claims resolution, compliance, and monthly plan billing.
• Support annual open enrollment and employee benefits communications.
• Ensure retirement plans are funded timely and in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Travel less than 10%.
