Job summary

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a growing organization in Denver to identify a Benefits Operations Analyst to join its People/Benefits team. This role focuses on benefits administration, data integrity, financial reconciliation, compliance, and employee support.

The ideal candidate brings strong benefits knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to independently resolve complex issues. This person will act as a Tier 2 liaison between employees and the brokerage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in benefits administration or benefits operations.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits including deductibles, HSA/FSA, and eligibility.
• Experience with leaves, COBRA, ERISA, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly billing reconciliations across medical, dental, vision and ancillary benefits.
• Investigate discrepancies between carrier invoices and enrollment data.
• Own benefits billing processes and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage large census and enrollment files with high accuracy.
• Troubleshoot file feeds, conduct data audits, and ensure data integrity.
• Serve as Tier 2 resource for escalated benefits questions and issues.
