Interstates is seeking a Benefits Administration and Compliance Analyst to manage administration, compliance, and communication of employee benefit programs. The role focuses on researching state and federal requirements, supporting audits, analyzing enrollment data, and aiding with benefits communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in benefits administration, compliance, or HR analytics.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits and leave regulations.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Research and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to benefits and leave administration.
• Support internal audits: monthly benefits audits, quarterly funding audits, and annual health/welfare and 401(k) audits.
• Compile, analyze, and report benefits data: enrollment analytics and open enrollment statistics.
• Support benefits communications campaigns (annual campaigns, mental health awareness, etc.).
• Provide backup for benefits administration in UKG and FMLA leave administration.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding related to benefits.
