Interstates is seeking a Benefits Administration and Compliance Analyst to support benefits programs, compliance, and communication. The role involves researching state and federal requirements, audits, analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

With 3-5+ years in related roles, you will handle data, regulatory changes, and campaigns while traveling up to 10% and working in a blended office environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in benefits administration, compliance, HR operations, or related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits, leave administration, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to employee benefits and leave administration.
• Support internal audit activities, including monthly benefits audits and annual third-party audits.
• Compile, analyze, and report benefits data, including enrollment analytics and open enrollment statistics.
• Support benefits communication campaigns and onboarding related to benefits.
• Provide backup support for benefits administration in UKG and FMLA/leave administration.
