Remote Benefits Call Center Representative

Pay: $17.00/hr

Location: 100% Remote

Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm EST

Production Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-6pm EST

Weekends off! Some overtime may be required at peak times. Plenty of growth opportunities!

About The Role

As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will assist people daily by taking calls, actively listening, and discussing employee benefits such as healthcare, retirement, and other perks. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems.

Our call center associates are part of a supportive team. Your customer service and communication skills will help create positive experiences. Punctuality and dependability are essential to our success.

Requirements
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Typing and keyboarding experience
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
  • Willing to work between 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
  • Ability to complete a paid training program successfully
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test (including THC)
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Internet speed: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms
  • Ability to connect via Ethernet cable
  • Reside in one of the approved states listed
