You will answer inquiries, document details, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues while maintaining compliance. A customer-centric attitude and tech comfort are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Prior benefit administration/insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Service center or customer service experience required.
• Must be comfortable with technology and a tech-focused company.
