AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, commission-based role designed for recent graduates or those who thrive in a people-centered, service-first environment. With comprehensive training, inbound client interest, and a structured mentorship program, you’ll have the support needed to build a meaningful, long-term career from anywhere in the United States.

Deliver high-quality client service, guide clients through supplemental benefit options, and support the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Ease with virtual tools and video meetings.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable.
• Reliable internet and a Windows laptop with webcam.
• Strong communicators with interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required.
• Training and licensing guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service.
• Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism.
• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training.
• Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships.
