AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote role, ideal for recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications. You'll receive full training, inbound client interest, and structured mentorship to grow from anywhere in the U.S.

You will conduct virtual consultations, guide clients through supplemental benefit options, support enrollment end-to-end, and build long-term relationships with a service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Heart for helping people and a purpose-driven mission.
• Ability to obtain any licenses required for the role.
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus.
• US work authorization is required to work in this role.
• Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills.
• Confident in virtual meetings and comfortable with digital tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Take part in continued mentorship and team development.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions.
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Walk individuals through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism.
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups.
