AO Globe Life is seeking new team members for a fully remote, commission-based role. Great for graduates in business, marketing, or communications, with mentorship and training provided from anywhere in the United States.

You will guide clients through enrollment and benefit options, manage records, and conduct virtual consultations. No prior insurance experience is required; licensing guidance and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• Own a reliable internet connection and Windows laptop/PC with webcam.
• Customer service background helpful but not required.
• Self-driven and organized; comfortable working independently.
• Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.
• Comfort with virtual tools and video meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally.
• Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up.
• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service.
• Take part in continued mentorship and team development.
