Qualifications

• Willing to obtain the required Life & Health Insurance license.
• Confident in virtual meetings and proficient with digital tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service.
• Participate in mentorship and team development.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Handle documentation accurately and manage follow-ups.
• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom.
• Explain personalized supplemental benefit options to clients.
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism.
