Job summary

Aflac is seeking outgoing, entrepreneurial advisors in Hawaii to help business owners plan supplemental insurance for employees. You’ll be part of a leading brand with strong support and flexible earning potential.

Be your own boss in a structure that pays commissions, bonuses, residuals, and stocks. Training is provided on onboarding, licensing, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in a non-salaried role with uncapped growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be an advisor to business owners.
• Prior sales experience welcomed but not required.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain state licensing.

Responsibilities

• Sales presentations, enrollment and education on insurance products.
• Provide strategic and executable solutions to clients.
• Develop marketing strategy and generate leads.
• Manage customer, client and business-owner relationships.
• Lead and manage customer relationships.
• Offer benefits expertise as enroller, counselor and worksite liaison.
• Maintain state licensing (Life/Health as applicable).
