Aflac Diamond Bar seeks outgoing individuals for a flexible, commission-based sales opportunity. You’ll work with business owners and HR reps to plan supplemental insurance coverage and value-added services for employees.

Qualifications

• No ceiling on earnings; you control compensation with commissions, bonuses and stocks.
• On-the-job training is built into onboarding.
• Licensed agent resources provided during onboarding and throughout the role.

Responsibilities

• Sales presentations and enrollment guidance for customers and businesses.
• Provide strategic solutions and lead generation for clients.
• Develop marketing strategies and generate leads.
• Manage relationships with customers, business owners and HR reps.
• Lead and manage customer relationships and communications.
• Develop benefits expertise as an enroller and counselor.
• Maintain licensing requirements (Life/Health as applicable).
