This independent contractor role provides licensing support, inbound leads, and a path toward leadership, with equity opportunities for qualifying members. You'll operate nationwide from the U.S., building client relationships, guiding enrollment, and delivering clear, professional service

Formación

• Self-driven, organized individuals who can work independently.
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools.
• Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam.
• Customer service background is helpful but not required.
• Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Service-minded, mission-driven attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom
• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
• Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
• Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups
