AO Globe Life is recruiting for a fully remote, 100% commission-based role ideal for recent grads in business, marketing, or communications. This independent contractor opportunity includes full training, licensing guidance, and inbound leads, with mentorship and a path toward leadership.

You’ll conduct virtual consultations, present benefit options, guide clients through enrollment, and build lasting relationships from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam.
• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.
• A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required.
• A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients.
• Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family.
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism.
• Take part in continued mentorship and team development.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication.
