Job summary

Globe Life AO is seeking a Remote Benefits Representative to educate families on supplemental benefit programs and guide them through enrollment. This fully remote, independent contractor role offers performance-based income with bonuses and renewal opportunities, plus structured onboarding and mentorship to build confidence and success.

No prior insurance experience is required as training and licensing guidance are provided, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided).
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace.
• Windows-based computer with webcam.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients via Zoom and phone consultations.
• Educate families on available supplemental benefit programs.
• Recommend personalized coverage based on client needs.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Build long-term relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
