Job summary
AO | Globe Life is seeking Remote Benefits Customer Service Representatives to support families from home. In this fully remote role, you will connect with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, explain benefit options, and guide enrollment while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset.

- Leadership experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients who have requested information about their benefits.
- Conduct virtual appointments using Zoom.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and professional development.
