Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment and assist with required documentation.
• Provide ongoing client support, policy reviews, and beneficiary updates.
