Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly to requests.
• Lead the account team and coordinate tasks with Account Coordinators.
• Direct daily activities and monitor task execution across the team.
• Identify sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, data gathering, and client communications.
• Manage renewals, liaising with clients and carriers, and rate negotiations.
• Build strong client relationships and advocate for clients and carriers.
